New project gets funded

An exciting new project, regarding interesting applications of seaweed derived polyphenols, has been approved for funding by the Israeli Innovation Authority. The research will be conducted in collaboration with Dr. Shay Tal (NCM) and Dr. Elizabeth Amir (Shenkar College of Engineering and Design).
